Means the company who appoints us as their authorized Manpower Consultant / Recruitment Agent to engage the suitable candidates required to work for their organization.
Refers exclusively to Rumani Travels Manpower Consultant.
Subject to the terms & conditions of the OVERSEAS CLIENT, RTMC shall render for the OVERSEAS CLIENT all the services deemed necessary & required for the elite selection and recruitment of candidates of various qualifications sourced from India.
A rigorous and transparent multi-step process ensuring only the highest standards of recruitment are met.
After publishing the Advertisement, RTMC will meticulously collect resumes arriving via courier and email.
We screen and shortlist all resumes, forwarding the prime candidates to the OVERSEAS CLIENT within 3-4 weeks.
Shortlisted candidates are organized for interviews (in-person, telephone, or video) at RTMC’s organizational expense.
We guarantee physical/mental fitness and verify passports and educational certificates at the time of interview.
Passport Handling Policy RTMC will hold original passports of all selected candidates till the time specified by the OVERSEAS CLIENT. Passports will be released if the visa is not forwarded within the specified timeframe, absolving RTMC of candidate responsibility.
RTMC arranges publication in local leading newspapers upon written approval and advice from the OVERSEAS CLIENT.
The OVERSEAS CLIENT pays all agreed advertising charges (an official invoice will be submitted prior).
No advertisement runs without written approval & payment. If cancelled, written notice is required. We will endeavour to pull the ad before press, but the client remains responsible for incurred costs.
RTMC will arrange departure within 45 days of receipt of all documents on our desk.

If during the probationary period of 90 days the employment contract is terminated, RTMC is obliged to provide a competent alternative without extra charges under the following conditions:
Note: Repatriation expenses will be borne by the individual candidate if the reason for repatriation falls under the points mentioned above.
